APC’s Activities

General Contracts:

APC carries out all general contracts works in different fields; constructional and building works; concrete structures, smithery, carpentry, plumbing, sanitary and electrical installations, HVAC, insulations, wooden, steel and aluminum works, external works, illumination, asphalting, pavement, marbling, gypsum, swimming pools, agricultural works and landscaping. APC undertakes key delivery projects or partial contracts as a subcontractor.

Design & Execution of Internal Decoration Works:

APC studies, designs and executes internal decorations and interior design work for residential /commercial villas and buildings.

Maintenance :

APC provides various services in the field of maintenance for its projects or for other projects; electromechanical maintenance (electricity / plumbing / A.C .. etc.) or civil & architectural maintenance (smithery / carpentry / aluminum / paints … etc) or swimming pools maintenance.

Cleaning:

APC carries out the cleaning activities for governmental, residential, commercial organizations, and gets rid of construction waist, debris, and residuals.

Insects Fighting:

APC provides the service of insects & rodents fighting as well as vaccination of houses, residential, governmental and commercial different buildings.     

Gardening, Plantation, Landscaping, and Maintenance :

APC executes agricultural projects through landscaping and maintenance contracts for gardens in buildings, villas, palaces, whether it’s in internal or external areas.

Catering:

APC executes the Catering contracts as it provides daily foods, materials, and board for groups of labor in construction and industrial projects, or manpower accommodations. In addition, APC provides food services in high seasons, such as pilgrimage season. APC also provides cafeterias & buffets in some schools with required foods, beverages and operating materials.

Property Management & Operation :

APC provides the services of management & operation for some residential compounds, buildings and private villas. Therefore, APC manages, runs, rents and inspect properties on behalf of their owners. In this field APC adopts the recent methods of property management in order to satisfy both the owner and the agent in additional to maintenance of these properties.

The Real-estate Services :

Real-estate Services Division at APC undertakes the works of appraisal, sale, buy, and rent of real-estates throughout Saudi Arabia, Gulf Countries, Lebanon, and Egypt.
